C12200 Copper Plate

C12200 is a high purity copper alloy, also known as EDM red copper. It consists mostly of copper (Cu) and a small amount of phosphorus (P). C12200 has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is often used in electronic components, wire and cable, semiconductor equipment, chemical industry and other fields.

Product Description

C12200 copper plate has good welding performance and cold bending performance, and generally has no tendency of "hydrogen disease". It can be processed and used in reducing atmosphere. However, it is not suitable to be processed or used in an oxidizing atmosphere. C12200 is a copper foil containing phosphorus and contains more than 99.9% copper. It has excellent antioxidant properties and corrosion resistance and is suitable for manufacturing chemical equipment, heat exchangers and plumbing systems. It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and processing properties, and can be welded and brazed. Trace amounts of oxygen have little impact on electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and processing properties.
